Dive into the profound knowledge of quality and brands in animal production with Professor María Jesús Alcalde Aldea from the Higher Technical School of Agricultural Engineering at the University of Seville, and a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Zaragoza. This online seminar will address various aspects, from the conceptualization of quality to the emergence of brands, their appeal to consumers, and the strategies to achieve it.

We will explore differential quality, its advantages and disadvantages, as well as the production chain and food safety, including certifications, distinctions, and quality seals. Additionally, the distinction between collective and individual brands will be analyzed. Finally, in the Spanish context, we will examine how, in addition to brands backed by the EU, the Spanish government works to protect our breeds. A unique opportunity to thoroughly understand the impact of quality and brands in animal production!
