The meeting will take place within the framework of the collaboration agreement between ICEX Spain Export and Investment and RFEAGAS.
Several international journalists specializing in the equestrian world will visit our country as part of the agreement signed between ICEX Spain Export and Investment and the Royal Spanish Federation of Select Livestock Associations to strengthen the promotional and commercial activities of the purebred livestock sector in foreign markets. This will be achieved through the organization of reverse missions of foreign buyers and influencers, under the auspices of Spain’s most representative fairs in the sector.
Thus, the international delegation, comprised of Ms. Holma, editor-in-chief of the publication HIPPOS in Finland; Ana Filipe, director of EQUITAÇÃO MAGAZINE in Portugal; and Suzanne Campbell, journalist and horse trainer in Ireland, will visit Menorca from May 3rd to 6th to firsthand experience the Menorcan equine breed.
During this reverse mission, organized in collaboration with the Association of Breeders and Owners of Menorcan Horses, the guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the unique experience offered by the island of Menorca by attending the morphology sections of the Menorcan Horse Morphological Contest and the respective Special Prizes. Additionally, they will visit the award-winning livestock farms in the Morphological Contest.
The stay will also include a tasting of local cuisine, an equestrian show, and various sightseeing tours around the island, allowing international influencers to capture the complete essence of Menorca.
